When and where will the 2026 NSW State Chess Championships be held?
The 2026 NSW State Chess Championships run from Friday the 25th of September to Tuesday the 29th of September. This is a “festival event” comprising 5 divisions.
The NSW Championships, NSW Reserves, and NSW Minor run for 9 rounds across 4.5 days.
The USYD Classic and USYD Select only run on the weekends.
The event will take place in the International Students Lounge at the University of Sydney. This is located inside the Wentworth Building (G01) on Level 4.
